Goals for the Edge:

• Discipleship:
  • More Cell Groups with intentional growth, Growth Driven Sunday School, taking new believers and incorporating them into discipleship (not losing them after the altar)
• Fellowship:
  • Break Down to small groups on Wed night, Fellowship After Service, Visitor Table, trips, retreats, conventions, spontaneous activities, youth not being an island in itself but being a part of the church as a whole.
• Evangelism
  • Concentrate on personal evangelism, Equipping, Solid Biblical Foundation, Scripture Memorization, Develop Boldness and Courage on School Campuses, Bible Clubs
• Worship:
  • Respecting all types of worship, fine arts, worship nights, finding and involving musical, dance, drama, and vocal talent, using the dramatic to illustrate Biblical values and principals, learn to give their tithe and support missions (STL) with a passion for others in need. Using technology (video, etc) to stir up passion for God
• Ministry:
  • Ministry table with the departments within the youth ministry students can get involved in, every student is involved, leadership team become servants, using our gifts to help the senior pastor and his staff.
